Available Now means a puppy of that breed is placement-ready and you can arrange a meeting. Expected Soon means one is likely within the coming weeks. Waitlist means demand is ahead of supply and joining now secures your place in line.
It reflects the general position by breed rather than a live count of individual puppies. Availability changes from week to week, so contact Precious Pups for the current position before planning a visit.
A specific puppy is held once a placement is confirmed for your family, and a placement fee applies at that point. Before that, the free rehoming waitlist is what holds your place for a breed.

Always. Every family meets their puppy in person at the PCB Market stall before anything is decided, and nobody is asked to commit to a puppy they have not met.
