What you can ask, how to ask about availability, and how the free waitlist works. Longer answers live on the FAQ page.

Walk-ins are welcome during market hours, so you can come and look without arranging anything first. An appointment is worth booking if you want a longer conversation about a particular breed, or if you are traveling from further out and want to know a specific puppy will be there.
Within two business days, and usually sooner over a weekend. If you are asking about a specific breed it helps to say so in the first message, because it lets us answer the availability question in one reply rather than three.
Adult size, the grooming commitment, how the breed copes with the hours your house is empty, and what records come with the puppy. Those four decide more than a breed preference does, and they are the questions we would rather answer before a visit than after one.
Call, email or use the form and name the breed you have in mind. Availability changes from week to week, so the honest answer always comes from a conversation rather than from a page. The availability page shows where each breed stands as a starting point.
Tell us the breed you are drawn to and a little about your household, and we will add you. It is free, it commits you to nothing, and it means we contact you when a matching puppy is placement-ready rather than asking you to keep checking back.
At our stall at the PCB Market, 7157 US-98, Panama City Beach, open Saturday 9am to 4pm and Sunday 9am to 3pm. That is the only place families meet a puppy; there is no office or shop anywhere else.
