Small-breed puppy rehoming for Perdido Key families
Perdido Key sits at the far western edge of Escambia County, which makes it the most distant community from our weekend stall at the PCB Market in Panama City Beach. Precious Pups places nine small breeds, always through an in-person meeting, and from here that means a substantial drive across the Panhandle. For families on the Key we'd strongly suggest starting with a conversation and the free rehoming waitlist rather than a speculative trip. Availability changes from week to week and we'd much rather tell you when to come than invite you to guess.

Puppy rehoming for Perdido Key families
There's no way to make Perdido Key close to Panama City Beach, so we'll not pretend otherwise. What we can do is make sure the journey happens once, for a good reason, with a specific puppy to meet at the end of it. That is exactly what the waitlist is for.
Before any of that, the conversation is about fit. Hours the house is empty, ages of any children, other pets, and the grooming you can keep up with over years. Several of the breeds we place are poor matches for a house empty all day, and several carry permanent professional grooming costs. Establishing that first is what makes a visit useful rather than disappointing.

Small breeds to explore
Each page covers adult size, grooming and the households the breed tends to suit. Availability varies by breed and timing. Contact Precious Pups for current availability.

Current availability
Availability varies by breed and timing. Each breed carries a status rather than a promise for any given weekend, so the page is the quickest way to see where things stand before you get in touch.
Free waitlist
Joining costs nothing and commits you to nothing. A placement fee applies only once a specific puppy is confirmed and being held for your family, and available records travel home with the puppy.
Meeting a puppy in person
Meetings take place at the PCB Market, 7157 US-98, Panama City Beach, Saturday 9am to 4pm and Sunday 9am to 3pm. Please contact us before traveling. We can discuss current options and whether a visit makes sense, and we would rather plan the visit with you first.
The stall runs Saturday and Sunday only, so if you work weekends tell us early and we can usually find something that works. Walk-ins are welcome during market hours, and an appointment is worth arranging if you want an unhurried conversation about a particular breed.

Questions from Perdido Key families
More general answers are on the FAQ page, and Available Puppies shows current status by breed.

Yes. Perdido Key sits at the western end of our service area, and is covered on the same terms as everywhere else. We'd ask you to get in touch before traveling so we can plan the trip sensibly.
No. Our only location is the weekend stall at the PCB Market in Panama City Beach, and we've no presence in Escambia County.
Almost certainly, yes. It's free, and it means we call you when a specific puppy matching your household is placement-ready.
No. Every family meets their puppy in person at the PCB Market stall before a placement goes ahead, without exception, and we do not deliver or ship. It is the one part of the process we will not shorten, because a puppy and a household either suit each other or they do not, and that is not something anyone can judge from photographs.
That's a real possibility and part of why we ask you to call first. Nobody is ever pressured into a placement, and we'd sooner you left without a puppy than with the wrong one.
