Small-breed puppy rehoming for Crawfordville families
Crawfordville is the community we principally serve in Wakulla County, immediately south of Leon County, and families there meet their puppy at our weekend stall at the PCB Market in Panama City Beach. Precious Pups places nine small breeds, always through an in-person meeting. Because availability changes from week to week, the free rehoming waitlist and a conversation are usually a better starting point for Crawfordville families than a speculative trip to the coast.

Puppy rehoming for Crawfordville families
Crawfordville families face much the same journey as those in Tallahassee, so the Leon County page may also be useful reading. Either way the sequence we'd suggest is identical: talk to us first, establish what genuinely suits your household, and travel when there's a specific puppy to meet.
The conversation is about the household rather than the breeds. The hours nobody is home, the ages of any children, resident pets, and how much grooming you can commit to over years. Several of the nine breeds we place are poor choices for a house empty all day, and several carry a permanent professional grooming cost.
From first question to welcoming a puppy home
The same five steps for every family in Crawfordville, and everywhere else in Wakulla County.
Ask about availability
Tell us the breed you have in mind, or just describe what you are looking for. There is no cost to a conversation.
Tell us about your household
Children, other pets, the hours the house is empty, and the grooming you can realistically keep up with.
Review options or join the waitlist
If a suitable puppy is ready we say so. If not, the free rehoming waitlist holds your place at no cost.
Plan an in-person meeting
Every family meets their puppy at the PCB Market stall before anything is decided.
Welcome your puppy home
A placement fee applies once a specific puppy is confirmed for your family, and we stay reachable after.
The full process is set out step by step, and the placement policy covers fees and paperwork.
Small breeds to explore
Each page covers adult size, grooming and the households the breed tends to suit. Availability varies by breed and timing. Contact Precious Pups for current availability.

Current availability
Availability varies by breed and timing. Each breed carries a status rather than a promise for any given weekend, so the page is the quickest way to see where things stand before you get in touch.
Free waitlist
Joining costs nothing and commits you to nothing. A placement fee applies only once a specific puppy is confirmed and being held for your family, and available records travel home with the puppy.
Meeting a puppy in person
Meetings are at the PCB Market, 7157 US-98, Panama City Beach, Saturday 9am to 4pm and Sunday 9am to 3pm. From Crawfordville it's a real drive west. We've no location in Wakulla County, so contact us before setting out and we can discuss whether a visit makes sense.
The stall runs Saturday and Sunday only, so if you work weekends tell us early and we can usually find something that works. Walk-ins are welcome during market hours, and an appointment is worth arranging if you want an unhurried conversation about a particular breed.

Questions from Crawfordville families
More general answers are on the FAQ page, and Available Puppies shows current status by breed.

Yes. Crawfordville is the main Wakulla County community we serve, and families there are covered on the same terms as anyone else. Contact us before coming and we can tell you what is likely to be at the stall, or add you to the free waitlist so we get in touch when a match is ready.
The process is identical. Crawfordville sits in Wakulla County, so this page is the one that covers it. The Leon County page is linked below and may also be useful if you are closer to Tallahassee.
For most families here, yes. It is free, it commits you to nothing, and it means we get in touch when a specific puppy matching your household is placement-ready rather than asking you to keep an eye on a page.
No. The weekend stall at the PCB Market in Panama City Beach is our only location, open Saturday 9am to 4pm and Sunday 9am to 3pm. The pages for other communities exist because we work with families there, not because there is a second place to visit.
Available veterinary records and documentation shared by the puppy's care provider, general early-care guidance, and our availability for questions afterwards.
Often, yes. The breed matters more than the experience - a Shih Tzu or Pug is usually a gentler starting point than a Miniature Schnauzer. We'll talk it through rather than assume.
