How we handle your information
What we keep when you visit our site or send us a message, and the tools that help us run it.
Last updated October 30, 2026.
What you send us
When you fill out a form, we get what you type: your name, email, phone number, town and message. We use it to answer you and to help match your family with a puppy.
How you found us
Our site keeps a short note in your browser about your visit. It lists the page you landed on, the site or search engine that sent you, the pages you looked at and how long you stayed on each. When you send a form, that note comes with it. We use it to learn which pages help families most. Our server also sees your IP address, which tells us your rough area, like a city or region.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. It uses cookies. You can read Google's privacy policy or turn it off with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
Microsoft Clarity
We work with Microsoft Clarity to see how you use and interact with our site through behavior data, heatmaps and session replays. This helps us make the site better and easier to use. Clarity uses first-party and third-party cookies and other tracking tools to collect this data. It hides what you type into forms. To learn how Microsoft collects and uses your data, see the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
Cloudflare Turnstile
Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people apart from bots. It runs a quick check in your browser, and most people never see it. You can read Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site still works without them. To ask about the information we have, send us a message on our contact page.
