Small-breed puppy rehoming for Fort Walton Beach families
Fort Walton Beach families are among the most regular visitors to our weekend stall from outside Bay County. Rehoming works the same way here as it does at home: you tell us the breed and the timing that suit your household, we hold a place on the waitlist, and you meet the puppy at the PCB Market stall on a weekend.

Puppy rehoming for Fort Walton Beach families
Plenty of Fort Walton Beach families make the coastal drive east to meet a puppy, often enough that we have a good sense of how to make the trip work. The short version: talk to us first. A conversation before you set out means we can tell you what is likely to be at the stall and whether a particular weekend is worth the hour or so on the road.
What we cover in that conversation is your household rather than an inventory. The hours nobody is home, the ages of any children, whether a cat or dog already lives with you, and the grooming you can realistically sustain. That last one is where families most often revise their thinking - a Toy Poodle or Miniature Schnauzer carries a professional grooming cost every few weeks for the dog's whole life, and it's much better understood in advance.
It's a coastal drive east to the market, so it's worth a short conversation before you set out. We can tell you what's likely to be at the stall that weekend, and Saturday mornings are usually the calmest time to arrive.

Current availability
Availability varies by breed and timing. Each breed carries a status rather than a promise for any given weekend, so the page is the quickest way to see where things stand before you get in touch.
Free waitlist
Joining costs nothing and commits you to nothing. A placement fee applies only once a specific puppy is confirmed and being held for your family, and available records travel home with the puppy.
Meeting a puppy in person
Meetings are at the PCB Market, 7157 US-98, Panama City Beach, open Saturday 9am to 4pm and Sunday 9am to 3pm. It's a coastal drive east from Fort Walton Beach, and Saturday mornings are the quietest time to arrive. Get in touch before you visit and we can talk through what's likely to be available.
The stall runs Saturday and Sunday only, so if you work weekends tell us early and we can usually find something that works. Walk-ins are welcome during market hours, and an appointment is worth arranging if you want an unhurried conversation about a particular breed.

Questions from Fort Walton Beach families
More general answers are on the FAQ page, and Available Puppies shows current status by breed.

That is the usual position rather than the exception, and it is what the free rehoming waitlist exists for. You tell us the breed and what your household looks like, and we contact you when a puppy that matches is placement-ready.
Yes, please. It's a real drive, and a short conversation first means we can tell you what is likely to be available rather than leaving it to chance.
No. The weekend stall at the PCB Market in Panama City Beach is our only location, open Saturday 9am to 4pm and Sunday 9am to 3pm. The pages for other communities exist because we work with families there, not because there is a second place to visit. Everything happens there in person.
We can tell you what we expect to have and keep a conversation open, and the free waitlist records what you're looking for. A placement is confirmed once a specific puppy is being held for your family, and that is worth discussing directly.
Availability changes from week to week, which is why we ask families to call first. If nothing suitable is ready, the free waitlist means we get in touch as soon as something is.
Bring a secure crate or carrier, a towel, and allow time for a stop. A first car ride is a lot for an eight or nine-week-old puppy, and we will talk it through with you beforehand.
