Small-breed puppy rehoming for Eastpoint families
Eastpoint is a small coastal community in Franklin County, between Apalachicola and the St George Island causeway. Precious Pups places nine small breeds with Panhandle families through a guided rehoming process: a conversation first, an in-person meeting at our weekend stall at the PCB Market second, and a decision only when both fit and timing work. Availability changes from week to week, so getting in touch before you visit is the practical approach.

Puppy rehoming for Eastpoint families
Eastpoint is a small place, and we'd sooner help you pick the right weekend than have you take a chance on one. A short conversation tells us what you're looking for and tells you what is likely to be at the stall.
What we ask about is the household rather than the breed. How long the house is empty, the ages of any children, whether other pets already live with you, and the grooming you can realistically keep up with. That last one changes plenty of minds once families understand what a coated breed actually needs.
From first question to welcoming a puppy home
The same five steps for every family in Eastpoint, and everywhere else in Franklin County.
Ask about availability
Tell us the breed you have in mind, or just describe what you are looking for. There is no cost to a conversation.
Tell us about your household
Children, other pets, the hours the house is empty, and the grooming you can realistically keep up with.
Review options or join the waitlist
If a suitable puppy is ready we say so. If not, the free rehoming waitlist holds your place at no cost.
Plan an in-person meeting
Every family meets their puppy at the PCB Market stall before anything is decided.
Welcome your puppy home
A placement fee applies once a specific puppy is confirmed for your family, and we stay reachable after.
The full process is set out step by step, and the placement policy covers fees and paperwork.
Small breeds to explore
Each page covers adult size, grooming and the households the breed tends to suit. Availability varies by breed and timing. Contact Precious Pups for current availability.

Current availability
Availability varies by breed and timing. Each breed carries a status rather than a promise for any given weekend, so the page is the quickest way to see where things stand before you get in touch.
Free waitlist
Joining costs nothing and commits you to nothing. A placement fee applies only once a specific puppy is confirmed and being held for your family, and available records travel home with the puppy.
Meeting a puppy in person
Meetings are at the PCB Market, 7157 US-98, Panama City Beach, Saturday 9am to 4pm and Sunday 9am to 3pm. There's no Precious Pups location in Franklin County, so please contact us before traveling.
The stall runs Saturday and Sunday only, so if you work weekends tell us early and we can usually find something that works. Walk-ins are welcome during market hours, and an appointment is worth arranging if you want an unhurried conversation about a particular breed.

Questions from Eastpoint families
More general answers are on the FAQ page, and Available Puppies shows current status by breed.

Yes, along with Apalachicola, Carrabelle and St George Island. Every meeting happens at our Panama City Beach stall. For families across Franklin County the free waitlist is usually the sensible starting point, because it means we get in touch when a specific puppy matching your household is ready.
Yes. We cannot promise a specific breed will be at the stall on a given weekend, so a short conversation first tells you whether it is worth planning around.
No. It's free and carries no obligation. A placement fee applies only when a specific puppy is confirmed for your family.
The Shih Tzu and the Pug are often the easiest starting points - both are relatively adaptable and less demanding than the terrier crosses. Grooming is the main difference to weigh up.
Yes, though most families prefer one well-timed visit. Either way, nobody is asked to decide on a first visit.
